Dr. Luana Ozemela
Dr. Luana Ozemela is the Founder and CEO of Development Impact Managers and Advisors, a global consulting firm focused on increasing capital and development where it is most needed. She is a former senior staff of the Inter-American Development Bank in Washington, DC having participated in deals and overseen grants totaling more than $500 million dollars spanning 20 countries. Besides leading DIMA from Doha, she is an angel investor in multiple sectors including IT, Agri-tech, Health, Real-Estate. She is the Brazilian community leader for the FIFA 2022 in Qatar and has actively been involved in sourcing deals for Qatari investors. She is also a Senior Researcher on Gender, Race and Development for Foundations, Universities, Multilateral Banks, having published widely upon completion of her doctorate degree in the UK. She holds non-executive appointments on various boards in Brazil, Nigeria and the UK.
