Carmen Sangion
Carmen Sangion has been a writer/director in Johannesburg, South Africa for over 22 years. She has written on numerous television shows and written and directed a number of award winning short films as well as made for television films. She has won several prestigious awards and recognitions for her writing and directorial debut of the film Salvation which she co-produced with her sister Kim Sangion.
In September 2020, Salvation won the Grand Jury Prize for Best World Cinema Narrative Feature Film at the Urban World Film Festival In New York City.
Carmen is currently preparing to produce her second feature film entitled PUSH, and is writing her third feature, which she hopes to produce in 2021/2022.
